American sign language (asl)

a visual representation of the American-English dialect with it's own distinct
grammatical rules and vocabulary. ASL is the most commonly recognized visual language around the globe with more than 2,000,000 users in the
United States alone. At CC Group, we are well versed on the diverse culture and rich history behind this renowned language. We recruit well-certified and qualified ASL interpreters across the country to meet your every communication need.

SIGNED EXACT ENGLIGH (SEE)

system of manual communication meant at providing exact representation of spoken English vocabulary, grammar, and syntax. This form is not a distinct language of it's own, but instead a manual code of the English language.

MANUALLY CODED ENGLISH (MCE)

a two-part system of manual codes which represent audial cues in the English language supported secondarily by 'Signed Exact English', the visual correlation of exact spoken English syntax and grammar.

PIDGIN SIGNED ENGLISH (PSE)

Refers to the blended language between American Sign Language and spoken American-English. This distinct dialect adopts grammatical form and vocabulary from both ASL and the English language, but maintains status as an independent language by it's own right.

tACTILE & DEAF-BLIND INTERPRETATION

is a method of manually communicating which seeks mediums even beyond audial or visual. Instead tactile signing is the mode of using sign language directly into the attentive hands of a deaf-blind client so that they may receive and process messages through sensations of touch.
